New Metal Gear Solid Collection Incoming?

Metal Gear Solid 4

The Metal Gear series might be getting a new collection.

A few years ago, Konami released Metal Gear Solid: The Essential Collection for the PlayStation 2, which included the first three Metal Gear Solid games. No other special bells and whistles; just the games. And in 2011, Metal Gear Solid HD Collection was released for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and the Vita, which had prettied up versions of Metal Gear Solid 2, 3, and Peace Walker.

Now, it looks like we’re getting another compilation of Solid Snake goodness.

Eagle eyed gamers over at NeoGAF spotted a listing on Korea’s Game Rating Board’s website for Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection:

Also, MGS creator Hideo Kojima tweeted this image not too long ago:

Surely, this can’t be a coincidence… can it?

If these things are indeed linked, then we can expect to have Metal Gear Solid 1, 2, 3, 4, and Peace Walker in this thing. Wouldn’t that be something?

What do you guys think? Would you be willing to shell out cash for a new MGS Collection? Let me know in the Comments Section!
